KFC - Brantford

This restaurant offers a standard menu with typical KFC food in the Laurier area, making it a popular spot for students. The seating area is typical for a fast food restaurant.

They have a very friendly and accommodating staff. The food was hot and came out quickly. It was freshly cooked so it was as greasy as it usually is when it's been sitting for awhile.

It is a mystery why KFC is overpriced and fails to serve grilled chicken, which is standard KFC fare in the USA. The quality is inconsistent here and the menu lacks imagination and badly needs updating. Grease is becoming passé and less salt and more healthy alternatives are due.

Chicken was soggy, not very hot, no breasts in the buckets now , you have to order separately over priced and under cooked.

If you haven't had kfc then you may want to dock a star here but if you have then this one is pretty stand up as far as KFCs go. Chicken tastes as it should, the side dishes are good, gravy is a little chalky tasting I find but my girlfriend loves it. The wraps and sandwiches are all good -- just ask for extra sauce because it can be a little dry.
