Harvey's - Brantford

Service was horrible. Ordered an original with cheese to go, when I leave I look in the bag and there are NO NAPKINS! Come on! USE COMMON SENSE, WHEN SOMEONE ORDERS A MESSY BURGER THEY NEED NAPKINS WITH IT!!!!! SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK Cause THIS SHOULD BE OBVIOUS!!!! how would you like to eat this messy burger with no napkins??? Not nice :

Food is always fresh, and the service is great. Christie (I believe the manager) is extremely friendly, proactive, accommodating and has provided the best service I have ever received, anywhere. I see her infectious positive attitude transferring through to the other employees, and I can tell she is building a positive team environment where everyone is working together to provide the best possible experience.I work nearby and come here at least once, sometimes twice per week for lunch. It is only because of the fresh food, and incredibly prompt-friendly service that I have chosen to come back so often. I enjoy Harvey's menu, and have tried the location in Paris a few times but each time I find it lacking in both prompt service, friendliness, and freshness. The Henry Street Harvey's offers the best fast-food dining experience anywhere.

Good food for fast food, service here’s normally very good though any time past 4 expect an excessive line of delivery couriers making it impossible to find anywhere to sit or standWheelchair accessibility: Location is whee chair accessible with ramps onto curbs and into business, handicap accessible door buttons are also easily accessible

The workers here are incredibly nice and friendly!!

Overall, food was decent, but why would you make me pay for a large drink and give me a large cup of you aren't gonna fill the damn thing and only fill it like a regular cup
