East Side Mario's - Brantford

I don’t usually do this but I have to! My kids and I love visiting your restaurant! Today though was a very bad experience the service was very poor! The main dish usually comes wish salad or soup so I said ceaser salad but she brought this instead it was very bad it tasted old. I don’t like to cause trouble so I said nothing but I’m very disappointed cuz we love that location! Also the drinks that my kids ordered are frozen slushy she did not bother to bland them at all… well I guess we have to find another location.

I brought an individual to East Side Mario's for dinner this evening. After we has eaten our dinner and we were waiting for the food bills, the person I was with had some medical issues and needed to use the restroom. I had to accompany this individual to the restroom as she uses a walker and has developmental issues, so I left our leftover food at the table and brought her to the ladies room. When we returned from the restroom, I approached a staff member and explained what had happened.This staff member (I wish I knew her name) was incredible. She offered to remake the dishes we didn't finish and had packaged up. I told her that although I appreciated her gesture, I just wanted to take care of our bill and bring my dinner companion home where she would be comfortable. She told me to forget about paying our bill, that it was on the house!!I want to express my gratitude for the kindness and understanding we were shown by the restaurant staff. They displayed exemplary customer service skills and professionalism.Also, the food was great!! I had chicken parmesan and it was delicious.

I LOVE this east side Mario’s! Their food is absolutely delicious… their bread is so scrumptious and has garlic and buttery flavours.. their pasta is SO good as well?… I went here for my birthday, and they had their cute little cat robot sing happy birthday! It was adorable… this is the type of future I hope for future generations…. Thank you East Side Mario staff!??

We (party of 2) had arrived around 5pm last night (July 22, 2023) and were seated promptly. We had a waitress who said we could call her Kat. She was very polite first thing. Had asked if we were celebrating anything tonight. It was my birthday dinner so it was wonderful that she asked first thing, so I knew in advance I could have a free birthday dessert. Kat was on top of everything constantly checking in and ensuring we had an amazing dining experience! I want to thank you for your excellent service and thank you so much for complimenting me! You were by far an amazing server and made our night wonderful!

They really need to use the ac… it’s disgustingly hot in there. I had dinner tonight with my family and small kids and we wanted to leave because it’s was almost unbearable. I feel sorry for anyone with a compromised respiratory system or the elderly that would like to attend this location. I highly encourage them to fix this. They must be losing more money in sales than it costs to run the ac. I love east sides but unfortunately I will not be back!!
