Zehrs Fairview - Brant Canada

I usually shop at this location. However, my last visit wasn't as it should be. I purchased some groceries, beef, and three chickens. Each chicken had a different price according to weight. The cashier (Lauren 261) was trying to scan a chicken. When she could not, she just decided to scan another one twice. I drew her attention to this, but she confirmed that she did not scan the same chicken twice. I had to tell her again that the price should not be the same. After I insisted, the supervisor showed up and fixed the issue. I think the cashier and the supervisor need some customer service training because none of them apologized for the mistake. The cashier did not seem very happy about the incident. She just handed me my receipt without saying a word as if she was the one who had paid for my groceries. Also, she was loud enough to make me hear her thanking and wishing the next customer a great night.

I just needed a quick grocery. But they closed the store before time. Automatic door was not functioning 5 mins before close time

I like the store. It has a great deal of selection from the deli and bakery departmenrs, but most things are priced higher than other comparaboe stores.

I like that they still have chickens available when I walk in at 7PM

The place is great but the prices are way to much for my eyes I don't go there alot but I did that day.
