Wendy's - Branson

I ordered my food without issue and received it promptly. However, when I tried to order dessert, the person at the register completely ignored me and just stood there. After waiting for several minutes, I left without getting my dessert. It was very disappointing. I had to eat quickly before someone missed me!

Are you looking for a late-night dining option? Do you enjoy messy floors and sticky tables? If so, this might be the place for you. We arrived late at our hotel in Branson, only to find that most places were closed by 9pm. Luckily, Wendy's was still open. The food was typical of what you would expect from Wendy's. The dining area was packed and the floors were dirty. We tried to find the cleanest table possible, but to no avail. While it was convenient that they were open late, I cannot recommend this place.

Last week, my family and I went to Wendy's on Highway 76 for lunch. We noticed a big display on the front window advertising $1 Dave's burgers, but the catch was that we had to order online. We tried to order through the app, but encountered difficulties and were unable to place our order. When we approached the counter, the staff told us there was nothing they could do to help. We were disappointed as we know from experience that a manager can usually assist with such issues. Instead of getting the $1 burger as advertised, we had to pay $5. We reached out to Wendy's via email afterward, but they did not address or rectify the situation. This kind of misleading advertising is unacceptable and feels like a bait and switch tactic. While we have visited this particular Wendy's a few times over the years, we have decided not to give them our business anymore. Losing customers over a simple burger isn't a smart business move.

Second best wendys ever! I had a Baconnator combo that was not disappointed. my wife had grilled chicken sandwich before herself had no complaining. I rate this place 4 stars on eating. some of the most personal, thorough staff I've ever felt with. they get definitiw 5 stars. it was a lot to do?!

I've been standing here for 20 mins while pink haired Monica chit chats and messes around completely oblivious that the line is out the door. The lady that ordered before us had her finished order sitting there the entire time. The bathroom utilities are broken. This place is a joke.
