Steak 'n Shake - Branson

A large group from our church visited this location in West Branson in mid-September 2022, but unfortunately, it was closed due to a fire. If you plan to go to this restaurant, I recommend calling ahead. There is another location near the city center.

We haven't visited a restaurant in a while since our last one closed, and this experience was wonderful. The service was prompt, and the food was served hot. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

I had a disappointing experience at Steak 'n Shake. The service was rude and indifferent, unlike the usual hospitable atmosphere. The food was only lukewarm, and the soda was flat. I noticed that three of the condiment stations were out of ketchup. On the bright side, the music was nice, but overall, it was very unpleasant. I definitely won't return unless there are no other options.

Surprisingly good! I've eaten at a couple different Steak and Shakes and generally found them adequate at best. This one is really good! The food was good and fast and the people are friendly and helpful.

I have never been so satisfied with a meal in my life. They were speedy, and everything was hot and yummy. 10/10 recommended. I would pay hundreds of dollars for this meal.
