Starbucks - Branson

The restaurant was closed for business, presumably due to being short-staffed, as there was only one employee present who turned us away. We had to find another place to eat.

I ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich and a mocha frappe at this restaurant. The person taking my order was an older lady with short gray hair and tattoos. She was very rude and seemed inexperienced, claiming to be the manager. Another younger woman with long brown hair eventually helped her with my order. It took 5 minutes for her to take my order and then 10 more minutes for my drink, even though there were no other customers in line. I used to work at a Starbucks when I was younger and if this lady is truly the manager, she should be replaced with someone more professional. Many of the experienced employees have quit, citing low pay and stress. I witnessed underage workers using the oven, which is concerning. It seems like there are serious issues with management at this location. I will be contacting corporate and the health department about these violations.

It took 5 minutes for the older lady to ring me up and then 10 minutes to make one drink, despite there being no other customers or drinks in line. I used to work at Starbucks when I was younger, and if this lady is indeed the manager, she should be fired and replaced with someone more professional. Many of the experienced and hardworking old employees have quit, citing low pay and stress. It's concerning that such young workers are being hired, as I even saw them using the oven. I believe corporate should step in, as the current situation warrants everyone being fired. I will be contacting corporate and the health department to address potential violations of child labor and safety laws.

Waited forever. They didn’t even make the drinks right. I left because I didn’t want to wait another 15 min for 4 drinks. Staff was nice, but service could have been better.
