Red Lobster - Branson

Ordered a 12oucne Strip Steak and it was like a 6 oz steak wanted it MR and was overcooked No biscuits until after we finished our salad Was not told about the Daily Specials Very Disappointed for the money we spent We used consider this our great place to eat

Been years since I went to Red Lobster and still good food. Shrimp is good

My wife asked me if I wanted to go to red lobsters for my birthday and we went and I love going there But this time was the worst time I have ever had the woman who took care of us was very rude I would start to tell her what I want and she would just walk off and engorged me I would put in a order of shrimp and get something else did not refill are glasses till we got ready to leave asked for sauce and buy the time I got it my shrimp was cold was not a good experience well not returned to this … – show

We'll, the food was great, and the restaurant was fine, but or waitress was less than fantastic. The manager kicked in and help pick up the slack. We were seated well before the table next to us and served well after, they had a different server. We were also told we would have to go to the bar to get a to go order. The manager corrected this also. I'm sure corrections will be made. I will still continue to eat there. That waitress will surely learn to do better or move on.

Hit or miss at Branson. Food is fine but staff is either awesome, or not playing with a full deck.
