Olive Garden Italian - Branson

Jen is the BEST. The greatest dining experience we’ve ever had. Even though they were busy, she provided amazing customer service to us and her other tables. Since it was my birthday, I convinced my fiancé to leave a big tip because we were blown away! The food was good enough on its own (thanks to her recommendations) but she really made our night.

We enjoyed a good meal of soup and salad. Our waitress provided stellar service. THE hostesses, however, left much to be desired which is highly unusual for Olive Garden. There were 2 younger hostesses and they didn't thank people for coming in or respond when a customer said good bye. NOTE TO MANAGER: We visited on Monday, 10/3 between 5:30 and 7pm if you want to check who was on staff at the time.

My wife and I were in Branson to celebrate our 15th anniversary. We went to the Olive Garden after enjoying illusionist Rick Thomas. We had a fantastic meal in the Olive Garden. The food and service was excellent.

Service was great except our waiter threw out our order ticket. Food was hot and fresh
