Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Branson

This restaurant has really gone downhill. I have been a customer since I was a child, when they used to give out coins for a free sundae. Now, you can't even get a small Blizzard for under $5. It's ridiculous. Come on!

The service is excellent and the staff are always polite to children. However, the food is not always served piping hot. Also, it would be preferable if the janitor did not do major cleaning during lunch hours. Despite these issues, we still dine at this restaurant regularly.

I typically don't write reviews, but for the sake of constructive feedback, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at the drive-thru. The cashier was extremely rude, and while I understand that everyone has bad days, such poor attitude is unacceptable. This was not the only time I have encountered subpar service at this establishment. It is important to prioritize training your employees in providing excellent customer service.

Love the food and my puppy loves the puppy cup from there, he whimpers when he sees the sign. Lol

I always go thru drive-thru and my 2 dogs love there puppy cups of vanilla ice cream, they can't wait. My son and I get blizzards and they are so good I love the Royal Chocolate Brownie and it has Brownie chunks and hot fudge in it with chocolateice cream. So Yummy.
