Amazing bread! The croissants and other pastries are also delicious. Like many small bakeries, the selection becomes limited as the day progresses, so it’s best to place an order ahead of time or arrive early.

I absolutely love this place! It's the best spot for baked goods on the Shoreline, whether you're in the mood for croissants or artisanal bread. I buy my bread here every week, alternating between rye and sourdough. For a special treat, I always order the Mandel Croissants. The café itself has a lovely atmosphere, perfect for enjoying coffee, a hot breakfast, or meeting up with friends. It features a modern Scandinavian vibe, enhanced by beautiful pottery made by the owner's spouse.

Oh my goodness! What a charming little restaurant. The team here is exceptionally friendly. I was visiting for business from out of state, and Maxine was so welcoming—she even offered me extra pastries on the house to try! The food and baked goods are absolutely delicious. I definitely plan to return!

Very cool place! Amazing food and bakery. Very crowded when we got there on a Sunday morning. That's to be expected. The line moved fast and we have a table outside. It was nice out there. There is a bathroom a very short walk away. Just ask for the key.

My first visit to G Cafe was lovely! I appreciated the variety of options, including vegan and vegetarian. All the desserts looked wonderful, my chai latte with oat milk was delicious, but the highlight was the olive bread. It took a bit to decide which loaf to buy, but I made the right choice. They graciously sliced it for me, and I had eaten half by the end of the day. Delicious enough with a pat of butter, but I can't wait to try it as sandwich bread!
