Fresh veggies, and the meat I chose (pepperoni) was good quality. My mom got a seafood sub and she really liked it too. Don't waste your time eating here. It was not bad at one point, but is now wildly inconsistent, mostly bad. Just got a takeaway sub, and they didn't put the meat on, just a sandwich full of veggies and condiments. Worth a laugh, but not your money.
