The grits were phenomenal, never in my life have I had such good grits. They were packed full of flavor in every bite. The chicken and waffles was also so so good sweet but savory in exactly the right ways. If you?re ever in town I would highly recommend you stop by this spot.
July 30,2022- Came to meet friends here. Food was fresh and made to order. Although the food was fresh and hot it lacked salt and flavor which I was expecting from a New Orleans restaurant. Bathroom were simple, clean, had baby changing table.
Consistently one of my favorite places. Tibby's has friendly staff, prompt service, and is always clean. Tibby's is one of the most authentic New Orleans style kitchens I've ever been to. For an appetizer we usually get the fried pickle slices and they never disappoint. The cocktails are always mixed generously as well. The real star of the menu here is the chicken and waffles, they are my favorite dish maybe from anywhere I've ever eaten. They are fried chicken breast with cheese and bacon sandwiched between Belgian waffles that are dusted with powdered sugar and served with this delicious Brandy Sauce and French fries. Highly HIGHLY recommend this one.
Tibby's was the finest Cajun restaurant I have been to. The food is ample and ultra flavorful (not too much heat-wise). I could only eat one half sandwich (took the other half home for dinner). The ambiance is fascinating. I highly recommend Tibby's in Brandon!
That's a cool place! All we tried was delicious, portions were huge, service was super fast and attentive. The atmosphere in this place is also very beautiful, beautifully designed in bold, bright colors. The first time I tried and loved her. Catfish Cedar Grits had two large pieces of fish on a bed of cheesy geese. I and my husband shared this and couldn't stop. Maw's Fries was my husband's favorite, the Beignets and Boudine roles were mine. Would like to go back and try more dishes from them!
