Scooter's Coffee - Brandon

I ordered a large strawberry shake and handed the cashier $12, but she told me the shake cost $7 and only gave me $2 back. I was really disappointed. I also requested no whipped topping, but there was whipped cream mixed in. The staff member had greenish hair and wasn't very polite. I wouldn't recommend this place. It seems like something always goes wrong whenever I visit.

I recently took my family to Scooters Drive Through, expecting to enjoy some delicious treats. Unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing. We ordered pretzel bites, but they turned out to be inedible. When I went inside to ask for a refund or an exchange, I was met with further disappointment. Instead of addressing the issue, I was offered three small doughnuts as a replacement, which were barely enough to satisfy my hungry children. Overall, both the service and food quality at Scooters did not meet our expectations. This experience felt like a waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

I really enjoy Scooter's, but their raspberry flavoring could use some improvement. It tastes quite artificial.

I love the coffee, and the batista are always awesome and very friendly.
