Sonic Drive-in - Brandon

I believe the experience at this restaurant would have been enjoyable if they had offered chili on their menu. Unfortunately, we ordered everything except for the two items that chili typically comes with, like the chili Frito cheese pack. We ended up receiving just a Frito cheese pack without any chili, which was disappointing for chili lovers. The cocose mud we tried was tasty, but it might be helpful for the restaurant to clarify their menu items before customers order next time.

Overall, the quality of this restaurant has declined. I was unable to receive a refill on my drink or a cup of ice. My chicken sandwich was burnt, the pastries were cold, I had to request spices, and the server who brought out my food had a bad attitude. I was not impressed with my experience at all.

The service was excellent. We typically visit Sonic late at night. I always order a shake or something chocolate. I am disappointed that the chocolate lava cake sundae is no longer offered. I would visit more frequently if it was still available. I have never had any issues at any Sonic location I have been to. The service at this particular location was exceptional the last two times I visited.

I am currently at this restaurant and unfortunately, it is not good. Our order was incorrect and the food was unappetizing. There was a lack of salt, ketchup, and even napkins. Additionally, the milkshake machine was broken and they did not have any diet sodas available. It was a disappointing experience and a waste of both time and money.

Went thru the drive thru and had to wait, what seemed like an eternality in the hot midday sun had a double cheeseburger on toast. patty’s are much thinner than in commercial, but it tasted good with the chopped wobble and baked toast. Cheese sticks are always good.
