OMG. Today was my first time here. The staff was great and the food was amazing. Jumbo Chicago, big beef and a chocolate cake shake. My sister in law recommend this place and today I was working close by... when are you guys coming to central florida??? I will be back

Prompt service, friendly, watching the whole food preparation, all Members looked engaged and on point. Loved the New Orlean style music. Clean place. I had the Polish sausage with mustard and sautéed onions. Very good. I’ll be back. Was my first time visit. 4.3 stars

First time I'd been here. A little confusing as one staff member told me to have a seat and I'd be waited on. Nope. You order at the window. The cashier who took my order was brand new and confused about my order of tea rather than soda, but nice. I ordered a hamburger all the way with fries. The burger was good, nothing special though. Granted, it was the first time in 7 months I'd had red meat. But the fries were excellent! Just toasty and crispy and soft centered enough to rate perfection for fries lovers everywhere. The truck hoisted above the eating area was beautiful. The rest of the antique collectibles were intriguing, too. Not what I would expect in a fast food place. There were posters on every table encouraging applications for employment and the employees behind the counter seemed very jovial among themselves. I doubt I'll go back, but ONLY because I'm much more vegetarian than red meat consumer. I actually stopped there by mistake because I thought it was a Mexican restaurant. LOVED the piped jazz!

The Italian beef and Chicago dogs are my favorite! Don’t go home without picking up some Portillo’s Famous Chocolate Cake or the Lemon Cake! Did I mention they serve draft beer?!?

The only Portillos in the whole Tampa Bay area. They need to open a Portillos around the Clearwater peninsula-maybe on Gulf to Bay Boulevard or by the mall off of Rt. 19. Only stopped here because it was on the way from Lakeland, Florida to Clearwater. I had the usual Italian combo sausage and beef, dipped and for extra charge I love to add melted mozzarella cheese and both sweet and hot peppers. Very oily from the hot peppers but that's why it's so good. No other place has ever been able to match the taste and secret spices that go into the sausage. Worth the drive every so often and the Cheeseburger with bacon is my other favorite I get from this chain. Quite possibly the best cheeseburger from a fast food restaurant.
