My parents and I dined in and had LuLu as our server. She has impeccable customer service! Very sweet, personable and quick on her feet. The food was hot, fresh and DELICIOUS. We all had the Five Dimes and we weren’t disappointed. Thank you guys for the great food and customer service!

Amazing tune today. Fantastic food. Lulu’s hospitality was amazing during our time. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. GM Jennifer runs a top notch restaurant. Will come back for sure to see Lulu.

Food is sometimes great, it’s decorated nice but honestly for having no one in the restaurant it takes far too long beyond the 6 minute average ticket time to get my food. The fact this company is a daughter company of Cracker Barrel shines through in how well trained their employees are and also in how good the service is. Troy also sits there on his computer during store hours and expects 16-18 year olds to hold the line while setting false expectations for pay, leading to over worked and over stressed young workers giving poor service. Please hire a team with experience who can deliver consistently and stop taking the easy way out on your training

Customer service amazing and very clean. If you do military you get free drinks. Food is amazing I got the farmer, roasted apples and the peppermint mocha. I really recommend it to anyone and everyone. I’ll definitely come again.
