Boston Market - Brandon

I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant because it offered a quick and affordable meal. Unfortunately, over time, both the food and service quality have declined significantly. The meals are either overcooked or burnt, which can ruin your dining experience if you’re not careful when taking them home. The service has also become frustratingly poor. How many times is it acceptable to remind the person at the counter that you want a takeout meal? Three? Four? Six? Eight? It quickly becomes irritating, especially when an order has to be repeated that often. In summary, the food is no longer satisfying, and the service is just as bad. I would recommend opting for a more formal restaurant instead.

My partner and I ordered dinner tonight. He had the spicy chicken nuggets big combo, and I opted for the half meat combination. The nuggets were dry and lacked flavor, and he didn't receive the expected 12 pieces. I also got very dry rice along with cornbread that tasted more like cake than actual cornbread. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from Boston Market again.

The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick, but I don't understand why the food was served so cold—extremely cold, in fact—making it seem old and unappetizing. I ordered a family meal, and while the portions were generous, I just can't enjoy my food when it's cold. I'm really disappointed.

I love Boston Market! There used to be one in my town, but unfortunately it's closed. Did the meat leaflets, framed spinach and sweet potato casserole. The food was great, just like a home dish! My only complaint is that the price has risen... like everything else.

Chicken always tastes great... but recently the chicken seems to be much smaller. The mixed veggies are terrible. The mashed potatoes are very good... so, they have some quality and quantity issues. But, I still enjoy the chicken.
