Worse than any other Tim! The Supervisor/Manager absolutely doesn't know about ethics and politeness. She was speaking in her own language (which incidentally i understand), and was very loud. The girls at service were certainly better behaved! That 1 star is for the girls at service, not anyone else.The place is always dirty, and I have never seen anyone sanitizing after any customer leaves. There have been numerous times when we see crumble on the tables.Hope they do better.

Very Bad experience by an employee. The lady did not even heard me and started shouting that she will not serve me without a car. Not a 1% of customer service they know.

Don't come here if you need to charge your phone or laptop, all their outlets are disabled.Walk-in service is slow too, as they are too busy with drive-thru!

I had the worst possible experience from this location every single time I have been there and unfortunately this is the closest location to my home and easy access so I have to end up going there, If I need something.I paid around 12 -14 dollars for my order I asked for a steep tea medium made with milk, One everything bagel, double toasted with butter, chipotle sauce, cheddar cheese, and hash brown inside, One hash brown on the side, And one Boston cream doughnut.I placed this order on 11th of November, and they did not put my doughnut in the bag and they made my steep tea with cream again after me repeating it five times at least because they always make it wrong. They kept rushing me through the drive-through , they did not put any sauce on my bagel. Did not give me the hash brown on the side. Made my tea wrong again the second time around and when I called the restaurant when I got home they told me if I called again they’re going to contact the police, the staff members at this location do not know how to talk to people their Russian customers through the drive-through just to get their timings right I understand I have worked at fast food restaurants as well, but that does not mean taking peoples money and not giving them what they actually paid for and on top of everything else giving them disrespect while the customer is talking to them Respectfully.

When I ordered ,the boy didnt ask me about my full order and just prepared my wrap according to his own choice. And when i got my order i didn’t find it satisfying and i had to go back in a queue and order again.
