Swiss Chalet - Brampton

Ordered take out and got home this is second time in a row where orders are wrong last time a chicken poutine with NO CHEESE. My wrap had no sauce was dry. And this time ordered wrap and they gave dark instead of white. Also ordered garlic cheese loaf and asked for extra toppings (tomato and onion because over the years they put like none) and opened it and gave like 3 peices of tomato. I called and spoke to manager who said all he could do is give credit for the price of white meat couldn’t do anything about cheese loaf because it’s just a garnish even though I asked for extra toppings. When my whole wrap is wrong now because I ordered white not dark. Very horrible customer service and always doing things wrong.

Total terrible service. They delivered 1/2 chicken dinner, 1/4 chicken dinner and a soup. And a wet bag of melted butter all over the serviettes. This is not the first time and I called them last time. I order every Friday night from these clowns. Wish I could order delivery from another site. All they say is that is standard Swiss chalet policy.

Order delivery every week , Butter containers alway thown in container and they leak all over cardboard box as they leak and are melted . Called the Restaraunt TWICE they don't care . wish i could order from better LOCATION THIS ONE MANAGEMENT Sucks........

Since my last review in Jan. I have returned twice. Once to try the fries and the second time to try the baked potato. They have improved. Especially the baked potato. It was perfect. Thanks goes out to management for their efforts to resolve this.

Due to Covid this was take-out. For years we order here and had great chicken and great fries. Lately the fries have been terrible; too small and over-done. Not just once; several times. So, this time we switched to a baked potato. Same problem with small potato and over-done. Enough chances. I like the other items so will still eat their chicken but will take my business to another location and hope the fries are better..
