It was quite busy on the Monday morning I visited. If you want to use the washrooms you can't just walk into to it. You have to get permission. But for some people it was a great place to get their office work done.
Menu is great. Service needs definite improvement at this location! You give me food without fork, don't keep cutlery visible, but when I ask for it, you are rude. Secondly, I go to pick up the order of snacks from the pick up counter top when they call my name, and I ask very politely if the drinks kept there too are mine. So the server actually says can't you see your name on it? Terrible!
I was just at Starbucks located on Queen Street in Brampton on Saturday August 26th and it appeared quite busy which i feel is fair and normal for a Saturday morning. However, I did not appreciate the lack of order and structure on the staffs behalf when fulfilling my orders as well as others. There was chaos behind the counter, it was a mess, and it seemed like only the drive through orders were being fulfilled. There were 2 staff on food and only 1 on drinks. The customers ahead of me had already been waiting for 30mins only to get 2 of the 3 of their drinks they paid for. Customers that were served after us were served first their drinks and food. Not impressed with my entire experience at this location and most likely will not be returning back.
Such a good experience. Staff is super polite. Music is awesome. Place is clean. I just love seeing bunch of happy faces. Very impressive.
