Despite its small size, the presence of such a pest is a significant health code violation and utterly unacceptable in any food establishment. What's particularly alarming is that the pest was barely visible in the picture I managed to capture. This raises concerns about the potential presence of more pests lurking unseen in the kitchen or storage areas, posing a serious risk to food safety and hygiene. Encountering a cockroach in the vicinity of food items not only ruins the dining experience but also undermines trust in the establishment's cleanliness standards. As a result of this disturbing incident, I have lost all confidence in Pizza Pizza and will refrain from patronizing any of their locations in the future. It is imperative that Pizza Pizza's management takes immediate action to address this issue. Implementing rigorous pest control measures, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring staff are trained in proper hygiene protocols are essential steps to prevent such incidents from recurring. Until Pizza Pizza demonstrates a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to others.
