In my dinner, both the wings (4 very small wingets) and ribs were cooked and reheated. Both were bathed in sauce. The ribs were somewhat tolerable, but only warm. The wings were rough. The waitress (nice young lady) quickly offered to have made a new order of fresh wings that I accepted. The new ones were just as bad. possibly worse. I spit out the first bite. Our waitress sent a manager and our discussion told me they cook the wings in the morning. She offered free desert that we rejected. My wife also ordered wings (only wings) that were the same. We were then left at our table, while a group of workers at the entrance (5 out of 6 of them). One of them, and older Lord, who was clear, the boss finally looked at our table, and I dared past him, asked for the bill so that we could go. He asked what he could do to make this right... But at this point we were just going to eat somewhere else, that was edible. He offered desert again and forced my wings.... In our discussion he denied that her food was precooked and insisted that all foods were fresh. He said the restaurant was always busy. I guess the bar's not flying badly. I understand that the pandemic caused a lot of pain in the food industry, but cutting corners on food and then lying above is not the way to attract customers. I wish I had deleted the reviews on this page before going. I'm not going back. Stay here. It is a sad comment when eating the best place in the city is the grocery store (both fortinos and oceans have excellent hot food counters that make this place look bad). And they're both MUCH cheaper.
Wing last week for dinner there and experienced a table seemingly Din and Dash. Although terrible, what was worse is that the manager made that the server pay for the Dine and Dashers. I can't support a company that has this policy.
Shame, it is not possible to give less than one 1 It is Mother's Day 2022 and I decided to go to Kelseys to celebrate with my children, but our time there ruins such a special day. The service was HORRIBLE. They took forever to take the food and our waitress Emma would deliberately go the other way and not eye contact with us every time I tried to ask why it took so long until our food came out. She took away my son's plate and we waited for over 15 minutes and finally had to call her back to ask if she would ever order him a dessert menu. We finally got tired of waiting for the food we had ordered and just wanted to go. My children left unhappy because my daughter never got a complete meal and no one had to order the dessert. The manager there was Cindy and she definitely didn't help to make things faster. When we were annoyed and told our waitress Emma to just take the bill so that we could go, neither she nor Cindy went to us to try to make the situation better and perfectly okay, so that customers could only leave half the famine because our orders did not come out. The people sitting next to us on the table told us that they had been waiting for their food for over 40 minutes and after complaining, Cindy gave them free dessert. Luckily, they just let us go without stopping our meals!
Customer service here is terrible. The former owners had a great staff and a culture. I've come back a few times recently and today. “You want another,” “You want food”, very arm length. Nobody talks to you. Unfriendly. No chance I'm back and... I'd say everyone was careful. I ordered food a few days ago, very mediocre. In my opinion, what they calculate is not worth it in this place. Nobody's talking to you.
The Kelseys that was previously in this location was amazing. Staff was aweome. This Kelsey the staff is very unfriendly. Service at the bar is Horrible. The bar staff Id say is racist. I have visited long before my dark friend (test we did) and...she was served before me. `the bar staff staff is horrid !! Except for 2.. steve
