Heritage Fish & Chips - Brampton

On our first day in Brampton we pre ordered and picked up fish from this restaraunt. The fish was nuicely done with just the right amount of batter. The fries were perfect too. If you like fish and chips, you can't go wrong here.

Decided to try based on reviews. I'm glad I did! Had the Haddock and chips (fries). The fish had great flavor, not greasy. The fries were awesome!! Not greasy and you could actually taste the potato flavor! This is how fries we're meant to be made! Thick and not greasy!! The creamy coleslaw was great too! Must stop in!

I've spent time on the east coast where Fish is pulled straight from the water and into the fryer. The fish is still fresh here, and their batter is outstanding. The meals aren't ridiculously expensive, and you get a real taste of their scottish influence. Order ahead during lunch and supper, because their lines become long (because the locals know the value and quality of their food) Easy, quick, convenient, and extremely tasty! Don't forget the side of coleslaw, and if you want to try Haggis or other Scottish delicacies, this is the place!

Heritage is a Brampton staple and this location provides the same quality of food as the main location at Queen and 410. It's tucked away behind the A&W and not too easily visible from Queen St. Great greasy goodness!

The fish is like the original George: Fish and chips in UK. It has lunch deal before 3pm which is really a good discount.
