I ordered mango smoothie, strawberry smoothie and pumpkin spice milk tea without tapioca. I enjoyed both smoothies, especially the mango. The milk tea reminded me of chai not pumpkin spice. I also choked on the powder when I got near the end of the drink. The one thing that I didn't like was how thick the cover is. Probably most difficult one I have seen. I had to try several times to get the straw in and ended up spilling a little. I do which they had a bit more variety of drinks.

Don’t know why the review is so low, I’ve been going here for years. Workers could be a bit nicer and welcoming but they give me my bubble tea quickly and fast. If you want less ice ask for less ice; they always put a lot of toppings!

This is not a real chatime store. Every time I order from this store, its hit or miss. 50% of the time the milk tea taste rotten as if it's gone bad.The staff look like they hate their jobs and don't even mix the tea properly before serving. I brought up the fact that the milk tea taste rotten, and they say oh ok yeah, and then do nothing about it.The drinks taste awful from this location 50% of the time and it's seriously just only at this chatime location, otherwise I love chatime. The franchise really needs to investigate the procedures followed at this location

Zero stars if i could, i never leave reviews, this one is a first, I wasted my time and money going to this place. I ordered two drinks regular size mango tea and large size Passionfruit. Large size was just stretched to look more with WATER, i mean literally WATER. WATERED DOWN TO THE MAX. I have never in my life tasted a tea so bad. DON’T GO WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.
