Briskit Gourmet Slow Cooked Sandwiches

Finally got to try poutine for the first time and not only did it not make me sick, it was incredible! Staff/Kitchen very knowledgeable about CC. Will absolutely go out of my way to come back in the future.

OH. MY. GOD. If I could give 50 stars I would. Had the brisket melt on GF bread with GF gravy and ONION RINGS TO DIE FOR!!! They use corn starch for the frying and it absolutely works!!! I only come to this area on business 3 times a year but now I'm going to make a POINT of coming here.

Located in a business area of Brampton, this small family-owned restaurant offers a variety of homemade dishes. The owners are very friendly and attentive, ensuring that customers are well taken care of. I tried their poutine, which was delicious and made with gluten-free ingredients. The portion was very generous, though, so I couldn't finish it all. I look forward to returning to sample their gluten-free bread.

They are very knowledgabe about celiac. They explained their cross contamination precautions with ease. I felt so comfortable eating here and the food was amazing. Onion rings and brisket come recommended.
