Sunset Grill - Brampton

I've never encountered a brunch place that is so stingy with butter and jam! The homemade potatoes are soggy and incredibly salty—it's like licking a salt mine. They also don't serve mimosas or beer, despite being advertised, which is a disappointment if you're looking for a hangover remedy. They even forgot to bring my tea until I reminded them halfway through the meal, which would have been nice to have with those salty potatoes. The food doesn't look as appetizing as it does in the pictures, and getting veggies instead of potatoes is just a matter of luck. The cucumbers were delicious, but the carrots were stale. Overall, I was not impressed.

We ordered two Sunset Super meals along with two bacon and two sausage items through Uber Eats, but we only received four bacon. When we called the restaurant to express our disappointment, the woman we spoke with suggested that we come to the store to pick up four sausages. The whole point of using Uber Eats is that we can’t go to the store, so asking us to come in just for the sausages is frustrating. It seems like the mistake was on the restaurant’s end for not checking the order properly—especially since the order names clearly indicate what we were supposed to receive. The customer service at the store was not satisfactory; they seemed unaware of how to handle the situation or remedy the mistake. The woman we spoke with didn’t approach the issue effectively.

I always make it a point to dine at this restaurant whenever I'm in downtown, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is excellent. For those needing wheelchair accessibility, I use a walker and found there was plenty of space for it.

Food is pretty good. I ask for the home fries to be done extra well or I feel they are soggy. Price is decent and the seats are comfortable. Would definitely take someone here for some breakfast if I needed to.

Food is great and the service is also great. Achut the guy working there is super nice and he made my day when I went there ?. I would recommend you to visit once.
