Bill's is a chain but a very good one. The food is delicious especially if you leave room for a flowerpot. Their service is always great they are so kind and helpful with my two dairy intolerant grandchildren.
I have a new favorite restaurant and it's Bill's. The menu has a great variety of choices that I love. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased.
I recently had breakfast and drinks at this restaurant and enjoyed them, but I found the service for taking orders to be very slow. I had to wait a long time for things like extra sugar for my coffee and extra syrup for my pancakes. I have been here before and the service was much better, so it may have just been an off day.
We made a reservation for 7:30pm and were unaware that the restaurant closed at 9pm until we arrived. Despite not feeling rushed, we did not leave until 9:30pm. It would have been helpful to have been informed of the closing time beforehand, as we were the only customers and felt pressured not to overstay our welcome. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that at least 2 cocktails were unavailable due to ingredients running out.
