I observed Manager Jackie working alongside her team and had the chance to witness her handle a phone call from what seemed to be an unhappy customer. She dealt with the situation with great patience and professionalism, even as the customer launched into a lengthy rant. It was refreshing to see a leader demonstrating strong managerial skills in front of her young team. Well done!

I ordered food for my family, and it was ready right on time. The staff was very friendly and cheerful when I went to pick it up. My children really enjoy the team there; they are always so nice and welcoming. I've been coming here for a long time, and the current staff is definitely the best crew I've ever interacted with. This restaurant recently hired a new manager who has been displaying a rude and unprofessional attitude. During my visit a few days ago, I witnessed her speaking to an employee in the back in a harsh and belittling manner, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially since there were plenty of customers present. Additionally, I observed another employee treating a new cashier poorly in front of customers, while the manager did nothing to intervene or address the situation. On a subsequent visit, I noticed the manager giving me a disrespectful glare before whispering something to a nearby employee, who then looked at me as well. She is an older Caucasian woman and fits the stereotype of an unapproachable "Karen." Overall, the behavior I've seen is disappointing and detracts from the restaurant's environment.

The Staff went above and beyond to take care of my family?s order, Jackie made sure everything was hot and ready, the food was excellent. Service was excellent and I our family is looking forward to having dinner there again soon.

Absolute great customer service, was treated very well with the upmost respect. The woman named Jaclyn made sure I left with no problems and made it a very smooth process to walk out with exactly what I asked for. Not to mention how good the food was whenI got home : very satisfied.
