The food was pretty decent but nothing special. The beans were NOT good, and that's my true test of a Mexican food spot. The taco tortillas were falling apart after a few minutes and that's plain sad. We won't be back.
Best mexican restaurant in the south shore of Boston Area. Been there over 12 times.
Super cute place! The food and drinks were awesome!
Great experience all around. The food was delicious, fresh, and affordable. I was with a party of 4 for apps, entrees and dessert at a great price. Will definitely be going back here.
I’ve been trying all of the churros in the area, and I’ve got to say that Cielo’s churros rank lowest on the list so far. They only gave four small bites for the $9.47 price tag, and the churros tasted like they were reheated rather than made fresh because they were quite hard/stale. I also wasn’t a fan of them being drenched in caramel. I prefer having the sauce on the side, and between the sauces that churros are traditionally served with, I prefer chocolate over caramel. However, I will say that the black raspberry ice cream that these came with was superb. Super creamy and refreshing and true to its flavor. It honestly felt like a random flavor to be served with the churros, but I’m glad I got to try it. I think they sell the ice cream separately, so I recommend getting that for dessert over the churros. Service was friendly, and there was plenty of parking in the private lot.
