Taberna Do Felix - Braga

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante durante la nostra visita a Braga: stavamo cercando un locale informato circa il glutine essendo celiaco e il proprietario era molto gentile a rispondere a tutte le mie domande così come preparato sul tema. Il mio compagno ha preso come antipasto i gamberi salati e come piatto principale il lagareiro polpo mentre ho preso un'insalata con gamberi e ananas e pesce alla griglia con patate: tutto delizioso! Precisamente non so quanti piatti sono senza glutine (Volevo mangiare pesce grigliato quindi non ho chiesto altre scelte) la cosa importante è che il personale è attento e informato e cibo di qualità. Oltre a questo ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la simpatia del proprietario. Prezzi equi e porzioni adeguate. Congratulazioni!

Dinner last night was a metaphor of our European dreams and illusions at the wonderful Taberna do Félix. A cozy eatery radiating an informal shared friendship among the dinners. Convivial conversations drifted between tables and blended with a smooth jazz background I actually enjoyed. My wife enjoyed an artfully presented sautéed mushroom dish she pronounced the tastiest dish she had in years! I enjoyed two large beef medallions cooked to medium-rare perfection with rustic potatoes. Reasonably priced and impeccably served. Some have complained that Portuguese food is too bland, uninspiring. NO! Maybe some people have corrupted their tongues with Tex-Mex and too much salt, but the meat and fish here actually have natural flavors not requiring adulteration, maybe just some re-calibration. The added spice of conversations and accents of France, India, Poland, Australia and Portugal were a savory delight of another kind.

Great restaurant We went for having lunch at 12.00 and it was perfect ! The fish was delicious and the shrimps were delicious we really recomrnd6you to try it yum yum yum

Hidden in the middle of the narrow streets of old Braga, you 'll find this gem, you can 't simply miss. Right is probably the word that defines it the best. The right size, the right atmosphere, the right food, prepared with great care, the right service. The empadão is a treat, the deserts are unresistible, the wine selection is very good.
