Dairy Queen - Brady

We left. It took way too long to even take our order sitting at the speaker. Not sure if staffing was an issue but we didn't hang around to find out.

This will be going to the labor board, health department and the BBB! TONY MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION, Was so rude. We got out with our service dog to go in and eat, before we got in the door, he poked his head out and said you ain 't bringing that dog in here are you? We said yes, he said nope, not allowing you in here we have paperwork for our dog, and the sign on the door said service animals ok. Don 't go here, this guy is rude af. THIS WONT BE THE LAST OF WHAT YOU HEAR FROM ME TONY, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS was the last name he gave us.

I can't even begin to say how rude the employees are that work at this Dairy Queen! We walked in at 8:45 (it is marked on here and on the building that they are open until 11:00pm) to eat before we drove two hours home with our family and our kids started ordering and the lady taking our order was rolling her eyes at our kids the whole time! As soon as they brought our food (in bags) a man came out and rudely told us they were closing at 9 and we all had to get out! We will never come back to this terrible terrible place! The food was awful as well!!

I had the steak fingers. They were excellent. Freshly cooked, hot and tasty. From the minute I walked in I was impressed with how clean the dining room is. Two young men were at the counter. Both welcomed me. They were very friendly. If you're a local or just passing through this is a great place to stop.

This is an excellent DQ. The service was fine. The standard DQ products we ordered were fine. The store also supports numerous local events and teams. The store was clean. Restrooms also clean. Recommended!
