Probably the best service in poiana. eating is also very good. try the duck breast, it is amazing, made perfect. fries with groups is special.

Beautiful ambiente and good eating. disturbances are very good, although in recent times a but. in any restaurant I usually have a preferred dish. in the last time my preferred court started to be somehow completely different than the original every time I ordered it, and each waiter has a different explanation about why it is different. I find the situation a bit strange, but funny and will reorder definitiw my preferred dish just to see and enjoy whatever new plate they bring me because, as I said, they have very good food.

The whole experience was excellent. very delicious Roman cuisine, as well as international bark meat, sushi and more.

Shrimp linguini was just ok, the sauce could have been a bit better but the lemon and mango dessert was absolutely amazing! Service was good and the restaurant has a nice view.

Booked a party of 14 people for what we hoped to be a very nice dinner. The views promised a lot. It took them quite some time to get our order, on a fancy tablet. Result: after 1 h some of our appetizers still had...not come out. The waiter comes out and says “we had an IT issue, I need to take again the order for the main dish”. We protest to speak to a manager in charge. He was THE MOST arrogant waiter EVER, asking us to calm down because they had an IT issue. No apologies whatsoever, and WE had an attitude. Typical waiter behavior, where the customer is always wrong. We already had to pour our own wine and water. We asked to speak to his supervisor. Another disappointing discussion. We were explained that everything cannot go well, because they also had a wedding (which BTW kept us awake until 4am in Ana Hotels Bradul.. and we were a big party (remember, 14 people.. After 2 hours we refused to get any more food. Their reaction was to offer 2 cheese platters, that we refused in disgust. Wine list is through the roof, albeit a good selection. After all, we spent almost 3 hours there, some of us had to share our meals, we were admonished by the staff for our attitude, poured our own wine and water, and their main concern was how did we want to settle the bill. This horrible alleged 4* restaurant should be avoided at all cost if you wish to have a nice time.
