Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bradley

I visited this location to pick up a DoorDash order and noticed that the staff, including the manager, was entirely Hispanic. I don't mean to come across as racist, but given the diversity of the area, I feel it would be beneficial to have a more varied workforce in the restaurant. When I asked the cashier if there were employees from other ethnicities, he mentioned there was only one. I found that surprising and commented on it. He agreed and added that it might not help that the manager also has a bias and is Mexican.

Don’t waste your time , took 30 mins for a chicken sandwich, and popcorn shrimp,No explanation,Just total confusion by the work staff ,

The service was very very slow. People walked out. Will not go back because more attention was on the drive thru! Will not recommend.

This Popeyes needs to be closed down! There's always a problem, whether it's undercooked food or odd pieces of chicken being served. The managers, Rey and Stephanie, seem indifferent. They don’t wear hairnets while cooking or serving food! I strongly recommend avoiding this location. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would!
