Applebee's Grill - Bradley

3 different people asked for my water, was finally brought along and said that she was no longer our waitress. no big thing. the waitress never checked us after we got to eat, asked for steaksoße, never that. not very friendly. very disappointing after they don't eat here in a few years. visit this place again.

Food was really good but with 2 people in a basically em p ty restaurant they keep putting us in the far left corner table for 2 right under the heater or air conditioner. It's noisy and food gets cold fast from the blowing right on us. This time I refused and got a dirty look.

Did a curbside pickup. Forgot all my sauces and my shrimp looked like clumps off batter. Unappetizing.

Every time we order from here our order is always missing one or MORE entrées. Whether it’s curbside pick up or delivery, the order is always missing something. I’ve learned to check the order before leaving the restaurant. Today, we ordered delivery. Still missing half our order and the food was cold. I called and the manager who was helpful, and gave us a refund for what was missing. Nice, except for our family dinner was broken up due to having to drive back across town to pick it up and if it was for delivery we would still have to pay all of the delivery fees. Very disappointed.

Good Food and Fun with the family, wasn't crowded so meal came quickly!
