Valentino's Pizzas - Bradford

Possibly the deadest kebab I’ve ever eaten, 3/10 poor form. Can’t fault speed and service but product is very, very poor

Can only be described as a basic pizza take away based in a small unit on the main street in Ilkley. Pizzas are made to oder and are quite generous size for the price.

As we have used this restaurant for a lengthy period of time it has come to our attention that it has suddenly reduced its customer service standards. After receiving an order which was not to the specification, we contacted the restaurant to identify the error. Upon being connected to them I was faced with rude and abrupt customer service, lack of communication skills and total disregard to the paying customer. To say that I was spoken to like a child is an understatement. There was no reasoning with them and they certainly were not going to acknowledge that they were in the wrong with their reading of the order on Just Eat. This has resulted in them loosing a long term customer.

What a delightful little take away. I always order the chicken tandoori pizza don't think it's on the menu but the owner will always try to cater for what u want, it's delicious and my husband gets the meat feast which he also loves. Defiantly recommend to anyone

Bought a pizza, took it home and opened the box.. i was surprised to see what looked like a plastic fisher price pizza. Awful
