The Lister's Arms - Bradford

I wasn't expecting Michelin-starred food at a Wetherspoons, but this experience was terrible. My wife and I were the only ones eating out of 6 people in the big pub. Both of our meals were dry and cold, with most of it being inedible and disgusting. The waitress never asked about our full plates when she took them away, showing complete disinterest and zero customer service. No one deserves to be served such poor quality food. I will be sending this same review to head office.

The bar and wait staff were outstanding, the food was served hot, and we were even checked on by a staff member to see if everything was satisfactory. I was so impressed that I asked to speak to the manager to commend the excellent service.

We visit this restaurant frequently with our clients who have learning disabilities. The staff are incredibly helpful and always make us feel welcomed. The food is consistently delicious as well.

An excellent group booking at Christmas as we have for the last 5 years of Local Scouts Leaders super Manager and staff so supportive
