Excellent eating! this restaurant would recommend to all my family and friends

Brilliant. my whole time favorites. I have eaten in many curry houses over the years and the shaan is the best around a mile.

Shaan seemed to be the most traditional from my fast driving resort, and I promised myself there and then a visit to my earliest comfort. my unaugural visit was once again a lonely early dinner bradford curry eating experience (oh, as I wish I had some friends. so I only went into the not long open for the day and still empty restaurant on the afternoon. a beautiful place with marble effect clad walls, and the half of the restaurant with wicker chairs the other half covered with artificial leather. instead pleasant in the type of posh, but basic curry house vibe. I collected the quite comprehensive menu from the counter and took my place in the window. many of the usual curries were present, but on the back I discovered a kind of dish called taka tak, and, I quote (inc. spelling mistake, taste a dish that she did not yet taste. lahore is the best you bought from shaan. freshly cooked dish on a hot thiawa. it came in lamb, huh, hack, brain, trotter, etc sort. ohhhh! it sounded very interesting and judged from the Youtube clip above, wanted to be interesting and a court I had not tasted before. so I put my heart on the lamm taka tak I waited eagerly on the waiter/Koch to take my order. only the evening cook can make the taka tak specials came the answer to my question! I can make you karahi, balti. a little deflated, I jumped in the middle set and decided for the straight flat lamb karahi. with chapatis (shaan offers chapatis or rotis with all it's main courses as it should be: I couldn't let myself see the menu again!

Respect to the Shaan family. Brilliant food and service as always.
