Mcdonald's Restaurants - Bradford

The sausage and egg muffin with a cup of coffee for £3.49 was excellent. The service at 8:15 was quick, the floors and tables were clean, overall a great dining experience.

I frequently visit this restaurant's drive-thru on my way to work. The staff can be hit or miss - sometimes they are friendly, but other times they seem disinterested. Service can be quick on some occasions, but on others, it takes a long time for a simple order. The food is decent, typical of McDonald's standards.

I work night shifts, so I often visit this place because it is central to Bradford. Unfortunately, the service here seems to be declining. I waited 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger, but it only had cheese on it. By the time I walked back to my car in the parking lot, the chips were cold. At 2:30 am, security was watching my every move and giving intimidating glares for no reason. Overall, this place is a disappointment. The only reason I keep coming back is for the convenience of being able to get a hot drink and park my car in the middle of the night.

I visit this branch every morning for my coffee between 6:50am and 7:30am. My experiences vary from the odd member of staff who smiles and is helpful to the majority of others who are miserable and offhand with customers. I've witnessed many other customers treated in the same way. Examples are on Tuesday a young man served me and smiled, said thank you and was happy to heat my latte up in the microwave (I find the temperature settings too low on the coffee machines 60 Centigrade) Monday 4 staff were more interested in the phone content of either an off duty staff member or a friend of theirs rather than serving. I was treated as if I was interupting their day. This morning (Thursday), the girl who served me was surley to the point of being downright rude. Pulled a face at me when I asked for the coffee to be heated up. Absolute disgrace. Didn't say thank you when asking for my £1.99. I'll keep going there as I've no other choice but I do resent being treated as an inconvenience. Get it sorted McDonalds

A regular spot for breakfast, always pretty quick at the drive through. Never had any problems with orders. Friendly staff.
