The cold fillet chicken burgers at this restaurant were of incredibly poor quality. They were uncooked in the middle, had soggy batter, and made me feel nauseous. There was a complete lack of quality assurance.
This takeaway spot is excellent with impeccable cleanliness and delicious food. I would liken the food to that of McDonald's in many ways. Overall, the food is top-notch and the atmosphere is fantastic!
Absolutely disgusting! Hair found in all takeaway burger meals! Hair was inside melted cheese! This is truly horrific particularly in current situation with Covid-19! Please avoid at all costs! I phoned to complain and I didn’t get a proper apology! This is truly filthy! See pictures and spread the word!
The young lad on the till was an absolute star, brilliant manners and treats all customers with respect. Made suggestions on what we should try at the Oak Lane branch and the food did not disappoint. Believe the lads name was Saif.. absolute star
