Macdonalds - Bradford

The service was poor and didn't allow my family and I to take our time to choose what we wanted. All tables were dirty and our food was flat and cold. I don't think I will ever go to that McDonald's again.

The service at this restaurant was poor. Despite speaking to them after multiple instances of receiving the wrong food, they still got our order wrong. They assured us it would be correct this time, but when we got home, we found that we were given 4 drinks we never ordered and one meal was missing, along with both McFlurries. It should have been a simple order of 2 chicken nugget happy meals with Fruit Shoot, 2 McFlurries, and 2 apple pies, but they couldn't get that right. We were told to reorder through Just Eat, but we ended up paying £7, including delivery, for just a small coke. It's a waste of time and money to dine at this establishment.

I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant on August 24th during lunchtime. I tried to order a milkshake but was informed that they were not available. No alternative options were offered, which was disappointing. It is the summer and school holidays, yet they do not have milkshakes. This seems like a simple problem that could be addressed, especially since they are open 24/7. This experience reminded me of why I don't usually choose to eat at McDonald's.

I had visited McDonald’s early hours Thursday morning and the service was absolutely horrific. The staff were continuously ignoring customers when we asked how long the food was going to take after waiting for our food for half an hour. The restaurant wasn’t busy but all the staff were so slow. The manager Tom was on shift and the way he treated me and my family was ridiculous, he clearly did not know how to keep on top of orders. We had asked to speak to a manager and he completely ignored us continuously swearing behind the counter because he was stressed, the whole experience was so unprofessional and he did not deserve the role as a manager.
