Forster's Chefs Academy - Bradford

My partner and I visited forsters, but due to the lack of atmosphere it is unlikely to return. because of the unique way this facility is funded, it does not seem to be a testament to making this place profitable. while eating was good. value for money, the place was not particularly good to visit. the seats were uncomfortable, the lighting far to bright, the decorations were different. eating tries to be a high standard, but the atmosphere just doesn't fit.

Excellent location near the alhambra theatre. good selection of affordable foods on the menu and good service. makes a theatre night in something special.

After a matinee visit to the Alhambra (Last orders at Forsters 6pm) we came across this really smart Bistro.We were made very welcome, prices are good value and the food wine were excellent. Very smart modern interior with interesting art on display. Immaculate facilities....Popular on a Wednesday well worth a visit.

I had a delightful tuna sandwich and a cup of coffee at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, and I noticed some of them enjoying a tasty-looking chili dish that I plan to try next time. The chef also kindly offered me a sample of his freshly made soup, which I savored every last drop of.

Dropped in to the college to meet friends today .... Trout was on the menu ! Surprised but intrigued. Apparently donated by a learner grateful for the support of staff and did not know how to say thank you'. Learners and head chef Ben cooked...a beautiful dish served with a delicate seasonal salad and dressing .... Absolutely superb. The atmosphere was vibrant and inspired that young people are working alongside talented professionals who are dedicated to supporting a new generation of Chefs. Lovely, and £3.50 ... Totally value for money for a risk on people in preparation for the next step to employment. Well done forsters.
