Nothing beats Brothers House of Smoke! Everything was great at Heritage Harley!
I tried Brothers at Heritage Harley Davidson..it was ok, chicken was bland with not much evidence of smoking. the pulled pork fared better than places like KC's rib shack which is to say it wasn't overcooked and stringy but not up to par with places like Goody Coles or the Traveling Texas Smokeshop. At twelve bucks for a combo plate more work could have gone into keeping the food hot for serving and it was disappointing that they had no ribs.
Brothers house of smoke has catered several events I've attended. They've consistently provided terrific, fresh food and great service. Hearing that they're providing the food for an event makes it much more exciting to attend.
Served a great lunch to many first responders today. Top notch guys and a must use for any event you have.
