Sweetberries Frozen Custard Eatery

I've always enjoyed Sweetberries for a nice dinner and lunch. This week, I ordered a Cuban sandwich for lunch, which I’ve had many times before. However, it wasn’t served on Cuban bread and wasn’t pressed. When I called to mention this, the manager insisted it was impossible that it wasn't pressed. I know what I received, so I didn't see the point in discussing it further. I wasn’t looking for anything free; I simply wanted to point out that the quality was lacking this time. The restaurant wasn't busy, and the careless attitude really spoke volumes. I'm very disappointed.

The best custard in Bradenton! The sandwiches are incredibly delicious as well. The staff is always very friendly!

Ice cream was good. Place was extremely dirty. Had plenty of help but standing around. Every table was nasty. Our table was the cleanest of such a thing.

We heard about the incredible dessert ? so we stopped by to check it out. We ordered and split a hot fudge sundae ? ? it rocked!!! Thank goodness we ordered a small, it was enormous, we had to bring some home. The service and workers were very positive and polite ?. We will return.
