The employees at the Starbucks are superior to the others. Very friendly. I pass 2 other Starbucks to come to this one. Good job, guys!!

The homeless people issue has gotten out of control at this location!! I came to this location from time to time but seeing all the homeless on drugs is really bad as they sit outside at the tables and pass out. Some yelling at each other using the “F” word multiple times etc! I don’t come to Starbucks to hear this!! A couple of them also asked me if I wanted heroine! I was absolutely appalled ? ?. I will never come back here! Be aware if you want to drink your coffee there! Staff themselves are nice though.

Have visited this shop many times.In fact I have gone there and ordered coffee for the whole staff at my children’s school many times. The staff has been rude when placed with a large order and I still have given them a chance because everyone has a bad day. I will not return after my experience today however. I ordered a drink at 2:40, no one asked if that completed my order. I tried talking over the speaker and ask to add a cake pop for my four year old daughter. No one answered, I thought fine, I will add it at the window then. There was one car in line in front of me, their drink was either made incorrectly or something because I didn’t get through the line until 2:57, this was 17 minutes they spent with the car in front of me. I did not complain about this, things happen but I finally got up to the window. I asked the worker Maria to please add a cake pop for my daughter. She makes an annoyed face and says she can’t add anything because they need to keep the line moving. Now this was when I was very frustrated. The car in front of me kept the line held up, yet she can’t take 30 seconds to add a cake pop and throw it in a bag. When I complained that this was ridiculous considering how long the car in front of me took, she replied in a snotty voice “I will ring you up for the coffee but you are not getting that cake pop”. I left with a crying 4 year old because she wanted to be on a power trip. Nope never again. There is a Starbucks on every corner, I will never return here. Go somewhere else if you want to spend $10 on coffee and be treated well. If you are ok with being treated disrespectfully and take 20 minutes to receive your drink that is now watered down and melting because you waited in the line for 20 minutes as it sat there..then this is your place.

They need to change the whole menu over rated the food doesn't make sense the coffee is the only thing good and the brandings is top notch.
