Smoothie King - Bradenton

I feel compelled to give this place just one star. It seems that the order in which you place your drink order doesn’t actually matter at all. I ordered my drink and then watched as several people came in after me, placed their orders, and received their drinks before I did. I even saw my drink being prepared, only to be set aside while they made at least four other drinks for those customers. Eventually, I did receive my order and left, but I will definitely not be returning to this location (I've never had any issues at other locations). If the staff had been at least friendly or welcoming, it might have made a difference, but instead, they were curt, disengaged, and seemed ready to end their shift even though it was still before noon.

When I order the same smoothie at other Smoothie King locations, it always turns out perfectly blended without any chunks. Unfortunately, I have to drive significantly farther—either to the Fruitville Rd location or the one near the airport—to get a properly blended smoothie. Until this issue is addressed, I won't be returning to this Smoothie King, and I'll be advising my friends and family to stay away as well. As for the owner's response, instead of addressing the problem, I received a seemingly automated message suggesting I visit a website for a $1 discount on my next smoothie. To the owner, this isn’t just one bad experience—it's been months of the same issue across countless poorly made smoothies. I'm very disappointed and strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a smoothie.

This was my first time visiting, and I was impressed by the wide variety of options! It was a bit overwhelming at first. They offer smoothies tailored for calorie-conscious customers, athletes seeking protein, and those in need of extra vitamins, among other choices. They also have protein powders and snacks available. There is indoor seating, and the prices are reasonable. The service was quick and friendly. The medium size is massive! On 4/22, I tried the angel food smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious. I finished it so quickly that I regretted not ordering the large size!

I walked in early Friday morning to get my five dollar Friday smoothie like every other week, I was greeted with a warm welcome as the fine young men were working the counter. The handsome young man with curly hair took my order with ease and I have to saythe staff is truly one of a kind, the manager (Eathan I believe his name was) knows me as a regular and always knows how to makemy smoothies to my liking. I hope this review helps you figure out that Smoothie King is better than Tropical Cafe.

Do you close at 8:45 or 9:00? Numerous times I have been shunned 15 minutes prior to closing. I gotta beg someone for a $12 shake before you ?close?? I hope the owner sees this?..learn who is running your business for you. Pray that a TropicalSmoothie doesn?t open on this exit.
