McDonald's - Bradenton

Drive them thru .slow lazy and rude. check their order 3 times or just drive them to eat another place. not worth the rude setting of people who cannot get it right

Let me start driving a cross town to this particular place yesterday evening she messed up my order I came tonight and she replaced the confused food even if they shorthanded each do several jobs and still had the best customer service I had in a long time! definitiw need more help in the night, but they are amazing even short hand. I have often been in her position and it makes difficult to maintain a positive attitude

The restaurant was clean and the service was good. Unfortunately, since my last trip to mcdonalds I was shocked by a little sticky. seriously, 31 dollars surprised me definitiw for what we ordered. it only shows them that everything has been influenced in the last year or so.

Went to this McDonald’s using the mobile app and placed a mobile order. When I received the email I was charged three times for this order. I even got a receipt with someone else’s order with my payment. Went back to complain and nothing handled properly. Had to dispute with credit card company and get issued a new card. This McDonald’s is poorly run be careful using your credit card here unless you want to be unfairly charged.

Pretty sad you can go to this location during the morning afternoon shift and your order will more than likely be fine. But, if you go during the night shift you’ll wait in line for over 20 minutes, get cold food, have missing food and or sauces. Majority of the night workers act as if they don’t want to be there. Experienced this several times now and at this point I just won’t go back. Aric the morning manager was kind enough to rectify something like this once before, but if you try to call their store now it states the number is not in service at this time. If only we lived in a world where people put more pride into what they do. Whether it’s working fast food or not. If you wouldn’t eat it or serve it to your family... THEN DO NOT SERVE IT TO OTHERS!
