Jimmy John's - Bradenton

Any other restaurant and fast foid is now completely open, but this place is not. slow drive thru and not at all pleasant service. this place hides the image of all other JJ females. no care.

The representation of jimmy john’s has really gone to the hill in the last year. this location does not offer a dine in the opposite, toilets only a drive-thru window. very disappointing, especially as this was one of my weekly spots.

We went on Tuesday for the first and last time to jimmy john’s, the dining room is not open, which is good, had to the man who took our order was very rude and screamed at us as if we were idiots. that was good enough for us, the sub was good, but I will not be screamed by the food service workers.

Inside not open, but after I went through drive in, parked and ate at outside tables.

I work at a hospital near by. I ordered some lunch delivery. So generally the practice is you just leave the food at the desk. My lunch got delivered but I couldn't get it right away. I got down there like 30 mins later to find out it was missing. I called just to see if maybe ot was left at a different entrance. Unfortunately someone just walked off with it. But they sent me a knew lunch right away. Amazing customer service
