Costa Coffee - Bracknell Forest

Hi. Frequent user of this and many other coffee shops and cafes in the area so I know what’s the norm for service and attitude. However the Eastern European lady with short spiky light hair never smiles or be polite. Generally has a negative attitude as though she does not want to be there. Pity as most of the other staff are courteous even when busy. Please retrain or move on.

Very poor today even for busy cafe in a supermarket. Three staff seemed disorganised and annoyed with each other and I really felt unwanted and part of the problem. I fancied a Bakewell tart and it arrived looking worse for ware and with a fresh finger imprint on the top. Right through to the filling. I politely asked for one without and she put it straight back on shelf for next punter. Yum. Coffee had too much froth so I didn’t get full glass. Lady preparing it didn’t know what I wanted and made it clear it was my fault with a long look. Horrible. Tables were not cleared during my entire visit but I think they were just busy. Place looked clean enough. Should be better.

Perfectly placed to rest your weary legs after a stressful walk around Tesco. Nice enough, plenty of seating, the staff were pretty good, they had some Gluten Free options and the coffee was nicely done

Leaving a review at a chain coffee place is probably not necessary since you know what to get. However the assistant manager Charlotte is the rudest person I've been served by. As an assistant manager this is disappointing and costa needs to retrain their staff.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the staff are consistently unfriendly to me. They never smile. Today, I overheard one of the staff members speaking negatively about me to another customer and then gossiping about me to the rest of the staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't do anything wrong - I simply asked for a knife to cut my daughter's cheese toastie and was met with a dismissive response. Another time, I asked for more caramel in my drink and was given a dirty look as they insisted there was already caramel in it. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
