Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd - Bracken Ridge

Traditional Hungry Jack's food is served in this very clean outlet. What struck me was the children's play area which is easily accessible and watched over by attending adults. All the children there during my visit were having a great time. The staff were very friendly and courteous. There were quite a few patrons there but plenty of tables available and food was served in a timely manner.

Took my daughter to this place for her 10th birthday, ordered food, after 15 minutes no food ready, no one behind counter had a clue as to where it was , how long it would take, made up a story that it was partially ready, manager had no idea and didn't want to deal with us - took a refund and left, the worst I have ever been to - still had the cheek to charge us for our soft drinks

Thought we would pick up a quick breakfast to go on the way to the city. Bad choice..... Drive through was empty so we thought that it would be quick pick up. Gave our order to the lass at the window, nothing fancy, all straight off the menu. We waited..... Then asked to advance to the waiting bay..... We waited again. Ten minutes after ordering a young girl brings us the order... No apologies for the wait, just thrust through the window and she's gone. Food is as expexted, but the wait not so. Mackers drive through next time

What can I say - tastes just like Hungry Jacks! The layout of store looks great, the only downside I find, and we do go here a bit, is that they never clean up after people so it is often very dirty inside and you have to clean up yourself.

This isn't the authentic Ramen of Japan, nor is it the innovative with parmesan or petso.
